About me
I’m Eddy Ducos, an IT professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience working across both Windows and Linux environments. My background spans systems administration, infrastructure support, and automation in real-world production environments, where reliability, scalability, and clarity are essential.
A big part of what drives me in technology is understanding how systems connect and integrate with one another. I’m fascinated by how identity, networking, services, and applications interact across both cloud and on-prem environments. Whether I’m working with Microsoft 365, Azure, or Linux-based infrastructure, I enjoy making complex systems work together in a clean and efficient way.
I’m also actively exploring and working with emerging technologies—especially in the areas of DevOps, containerization, and self-hosted infrastructure. This blog is part of that journey. It serves as both a documentation of my growth and a record of my current home lab setup, which is actively running and hosting this very site using Docker on Ubuntu Server.
Outside of IT, I enjoy hiking, video games, and long movie nights. Those moments away from the terminal help me reset, think differently, and often come back to technical problems with better perspective.
At my core, I’m someone who enjoys building, breaking, and improving systems—both professionally and in my personal lab—while continuously learning what comes next in technology.
